Overview
Siemens Digital Industries Software is hiring an AI Integration Intern for Fall 2026 (fully remote) — integrating AI and LLM capabilities into Simcenter SimLab engineering simulation workflows for consumer electronics and multiphysics applications.
You'll explore AI-powered simulation setup, automation, post-processing, and intelligent user guidance — prototyping Python/C++ tools, validating AI-driven features, and creating documentation and demos alongside application engineers and product teams.
Key Requirements & Critical Rules
- Work mode: Fully remote in the United States.
- Degree: Pursuing Master's in CS, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- SSP baseline: Enrolled at accredited university; minimum 3.0 GPA; legally authorized to work in US without sponsorship.
- AI focus: Interest in LLMs, generative AI, and ML applied to engineering simulation and workflow automation.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python for automation/AI; C++ exposure preferred.
- Domain plus: Thermal/mechanical simulation, CAE, multiphysics, or familiarity with simulation software.
