Eightfold AI — the industry-leading AI-powered Talent Intelligence Platform used by enterprises and governments worldwide — is hiring an Engineering Intern for the Class of 2026 in Noida. You'll work on highly scalable distributed systems and AI platforms spanning several TBs of data, with models trained on a billion aggregated data points.
The role covers designing and building applications that use AI/ML to match people with the right careers — from development and production debugging to collaborating with engineers, PMs, and designers in an open, creative environment.
Key Requirements
- Education: Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in CS; graduation year 2026.
- CGPA: 8.0+ out of 10.
- Availability: 6 months full-time in-person internship; available to start immediately.
- Fundamentals: Solid CS fundamentals; strong DSA and coding skills.
- Work scope: Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications; debug production issues; invent novel solutions.
- Tech stack: Python, TensorFlow, SQL, React, Redux, Spark, Solr, Docker, Ansible, AWS (EC2, EMR, RDS, S3, Redshift, etc.).
- Preferred: AI/ML and AI tools experience; cross-platform dev (Web, Android, iOS); product ownership mindset; customer-centric teamwork.
