CashKaro Data & Strategy Intern Gurugram | Analytics + BD

Overview

CashKaro is hiring a Data & Strategy Intern in Gurugram — a high-impact hybrid role at the intersection of analytics and business operations for India's largest cashback platform (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and 1,500+ brands). You'll work with Data and Business teams on retailer performance, strategy discussions, and real revenue outcomes.

Unlike traditional internships, this combines data analysis, stakeholder interaction with top retailers, and business thinking — end-to-end exposure to how large-scale e-commerce partnerships are managed at a company driving ₹10,000 Cr in annual GMV.

Key Requirements & Critical Rules

• Location: Gurugram, Haryana — on-site startup culture with daily lunch and snacks.
• Analytics: Strong comfort with numbers and business metrics; pull and analyze retailer data (GMV, orders, AOV, category mix) from Redshift data warehouses.
• Strategy: Quantify growth opportunities and estimate impact in ₹; build structured business cases and frameworks for open-ended problems.
• Communication: Create pitch decks, MBR/QBR reports, and external stakeholder communication; sit in on retailer calls (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).
• Execution: Maintain dashboards, flag anomalies proactively, track action items, and drive follow-through with cross-functional teams.
• Mindset: Ownership, structured thinking, hypothesis-driven problem-solving; comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to have: Basic SQL (Redshift preferred), Python for data analysis, Excel business cases, e-commerce/fintech exposure, consulting or BD presentation experience.
