Overview
ALLEN Digital is hiring a Product Intern in Bengaluru for a 6-month program with performance-based conversion to full-time. You'll work on meaningful learning experiences for students, parents, and teachers — collaborating cross-functionally with business, design, engineering, analytics, and operations teams.
This is a customer-oriented product role at one of India's most recognized education brands, focused on solving real user problems with data-driven product thinking and ownership from day one.
Key Requirements & Critical Rules
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Tenure: 6-month internship with performance-based conversion to full-time.
- Degree: Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's from a reputed engineering or management college.
- Mindset: Customer empathy, curiosity, analytical problem-solving, collaborative cross-functional work, growth mindset, and ownership mentality.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; understanding of consumer behaviour and product thinking.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, JIRA, or analytics tools preferred.
- Experience: Prior internship or project in consumer products, apps, or websites is an added advantage.
- Motivation: Highly motivated to build impactful solutions for students, teachers, and parents in EdTech.
