Overview:

Zoho is Hiring Search Engineers / Search Developers. Interested one can apply.

Mandatory SkillSets:

• Lucene
• Shell Scripting
• Junit
• Configuration Management (Git, Hg)
• Candidates must be comfortable with Lucene API-s (4. x & above) and must have good working knowledge and actual production experience.

Desirable SkillSets:

• Queuing Systems (Kafka, MQ etc..)
• NoSQL Systems (HBase etc..)
• ZooKeeper
• Hadoop
• ElasticSearch
• SOLR
• Basic working knowledge of Hadoop (API-s, management, etc..) is also a must for the candidates.

Any actual production experience in Lucene or ElasticSearch or Solr is highly desirable. The candidates are expected to code, build and maintain distributed production grids of non-trivial scale.
