Responsibilities:

• Work to undertake and implement creative and impactful employer brand and recruitment advertising initiatives from concept to completion
• Plan and work on a creative calendar for LinkedIn month-on-month
• Devise content buckets, and creative strategies every month to showcase what makes Xiaomi India a great place to work
• Plan, oversee, and enhance Xiaomi India's LinkedIn presence to maintain a steady engagement rate
• Work to narrate compelling stories and expand Xiaomi's online presence on LinkedIn
• Work to oversee all the company's employment branding strategies in close coordination with various stakeholders
• Work closely with stakeholders to manage and continuously improve Xiaomi India's Life Page' on LinkedIn and the careers website to ensure that it is a creative and effective tool for attracting suitable candidates to make Xiaomi India an employer of choice
• Extend support to other functions within the HR team whenever required
• Work on ad-hoc requirements like internal communications, and other content writing requirements
