Overview :

VMWARE'S UNIVERSITY has designed a new graduate innovator program which is VMWARE'S UNIVERSITY PROPEL PROGRAM with a vision across our Research & Development organization.

Eligibility:

You're a current university student completing your final year of school (graduating December 2021 or Spring 2022).

Requirements :

• Completing a Bachelor's, Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• The previous internship experience is a plus.
• Coursework in progress or completed in (some) of the following: storage and\or operating systems, computer architecture, compilers or networking, distributed systems, data mining, web development, user interface design.
• Knowledge in one or more of the following: C, Java, or C++.
• Knowledge in Python, Perl, shell, or other scripting languages.
• Knowledge in Flex, HCI, wireframes, mockups
• Knowledge in CSS, HTML, XML, Flash, JavaScript

Preferred Skills:

• Experience developing client-server or distributed, multithreaded applications.
• Experience developing user space and kernel modules.
• School or industry projects involving significant design and development.
