• Must have good knowledge of Computer basics.
• Must have a good understanding of SDLC.
• Good communication skills with an attitude of learning and performing.
• Knowledge of the ITIL process.
• Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts.
• If having any training on IT Infrastructure skills will be preferred.
• Must be agreed to sign a bond for 2 years.
