Applicants are invited to the 5 Day Hands-On Training Program On (CNC) offered by IIT Kharagpur.
Course Content:
- Introduction to CNC, its mechanisms, control system
- Introduction to CNC coordinate system
- Learn to create a part program
- Write your first CNC program & simulate it in a virtual environment
- Working on FANUC & SIEMENS controllers
- Get trained on CNC Lathe & CNC Turning Centre; Operate the machine for part fabrication.
- Part designing and toolpath generation using CAD & CAM
- Project: Develop your own design, CNC program, successful simulation, & fabrication
