Overview :

Interested and eligible candidates are requested to apply for the posts of Project Associate -1 in the project entitled BIC-IIITA: “To create a state-of-art facility for big data analytics of large scale genomics and proteomics data - BIC at Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad” at the Indian Institute of Information Technology-Allahabad, Deoghat, Jhalwa, Prayagraj-211015, U. P. India.

Requirements :

• The candidate should have demonstrable programming skills in a scripting language(s) such as Perl/Python/R.
•  Candidates with working experience in NoSQL/ Hadoop/ Spark and Scala will be preferred.

Duration of project :

Initially, up to one year, this may be extended for a further period(s) up to 5 years based on the satisfactory performance of the individual and availability of funding.
