HSBC’s International Wealth and Personal Banking (IWPB) Credit Cards team is hiring for a 12-month Apprenticeship Programme in Mumbai—ideal for recent graduates who want hands-on experience in platform stability, business reporting, and strategic projects across credit card onboarding and servicing.
Key Requirements & Critical Rules
- Eligibility: Recent graduate (within 5 years of completing a Bachelor’s degree); no prior work experience required.
- Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Economics, or related fields preferred.
- Programme: HSBC Apprenticeship Programme — 12 months; office-based in Mumbai.
- Strategic projects: Support credit card onboarding/servicing initiatives—automation, simplification, requirements, process mapping, UAT, documentation, milestone/risk tracking.
- Reporting: Build/maintain business and risk dashboards (drop-offs, TAT, failure rates, complaints); automate recurring reports where possible.
- Operations: Day-to-day complaints/incident management for platform issues; maintain issue logs and stakeholder updates.
- Preferred tools: Excel (pivots, lookups), PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau and basic SQL a plus.
- Compliance: Must complete mandatory Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and assessment.
